Before and After: Treating Diastasis Recti

Check out that difference!

Both pictures are taken at rest (without contracting the abdominal muscles).  You can actually see the belly button in the bottom photo and healing of the diastasis recti.  The bottom photo was taken after being consistent with a program for about 6 months and is still in progress with more improvement to be made.
It’s not too late to improve diastasis recti and the appearance of your abdomen!
