C-section is one of the most common surgeries performed in the US. Yet, very little guidance is given to help women heal after c-section, which leaves many women feeling frustrated, confused, or depressed as they navigate motherhood with new bodily changes. Many women are challenged by pain, bladder/bowel issues, diastasis recti, and emotional challenges in postpartum.
The Holistic C-Section Recovery Program provides the information, guidance, and support to assist with healing on all levels and help women thrive after birth!
This 7 week online program consists of 4 live sessions and 3 recorded sessions for increased flexibility in completion of the program.
Topics include:

Abdominal binding
Postpartum nutrition
Emotional healing
Scar massage
Diastasis recti prevention
Exercises to promote healing and increase strength

Pregnancy and Postpartum Program

The Pregnancy and Postpartum Program is designed to help prepare your body for delivery and help with postpartum healing. Cost is $480 for 6 sessions that can be spread throughout the pregnancy and postpartum period.

$47 Diastasis Recti Assessment
Your body goes through so many changes during pregnancy and childbirth. This assessment includes evaluation of spinal and pelvic alignment, strength, and core activation to identify issues that may contribute to low back pain, separation of the abdominal muscles, or pelvic floor issues. A 30 minute soft tissue treatment is also included to help relieve tightness and tension.
