Preparing for pregnancy and postpartum
Introducing the Preparing for Pregnancy and Postpartum Program! In this program, I create a personalized plan for pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum to improve strength and reduce the risk of low back and pelvic issues that can occur during pregnancy and childbirth. I will also provide a screening for abdominal separation and pelvic floor issues in the postpartum phase. An exercise program will be tailored to your individual wants and needs and revised depending on which stage of pregnancy you are in. My goal is to provide the smoothest transition possible during all stages of pregnancy and postpartum to help you adjust to your changing body and prevent issues such as pain, incontinence, scar adhesions, and abdominal separation.
